What we collect. Wait list: name, party size, phone number, and how you joined (in person or on this site). If you text us (Y, N, STOP, START, HELP), we keep a record of that reply. Our site doesn't run ads or trackers.

How we use it. To manage the wait list and text you when your table is ready. That's it. We don't send marketing or promotional texts.

SMS specifics. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Opting out stops further program texts from us; you may receive one confirmation of your opt-out.

How long we keep it. Wait list details (name, party size) are kept for record-keeping and are removed under our retention schedule; you can ask us to remove them sooner — call (440) 392-9800. Limited consent, messaging, and opt-out records tied to your number are kept longer to document permission, honor opt-outs, and meet legal obligations — opting out does not delete those compliance records.

Who sees it. Only our staff, plus our text-message service provider (Twilio) strictly to deliver your texts. We don't share mobile numbers with any other third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We'd only disclose records if the law requires it.
